What are some typical challenges Polish Language Engineers face when working on natural language processing projects?

Polish Language Engineers often encounter challenges related to the complexity of Polish grammar, such as handling inflection, rich morphology, and free word order. Building accurate language models requires careful design and extensive linguistic resources. Additionally, because Polish is less commonly represented in NLP datasets compared to English, engineers may need to create or curate specialized corpora and collaborate closely with linguists and data annotation teams to ensure high-quality results.

What are Polish Language Engineers?

Polish Language Engineers are professionals who specialize in the development, implementation, and optimization of language technologies for the Polish language. This may include working on machine translation systems, speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and other language-based software tools. They often collaborate with computational linguists, software developers, and data scientists to ensure that language technologies accurately process and understand Polish. Their work is crucial for creating digital products like voice assistants, translation tools, and search engines that support the Polish language.

Job description

About Ironflow AI

We are building the world’s first AI-native ERP for defense tech — a system that thinks, reasons, and acts alongside the people who build, protect, and defend our way of life.

We’re not patching old ideas with a flashy new user interface. We’re starting fresh — reimagining how software supports operations at the cutting edge of the defense tech revolution. Built by veterans, engineers, and operators who’ve lived the pain of legacy systems. Ironflow combines natural language, intelligent agents, and real-world rigor to empower the frontline with clarity and speed.

If you're bold, decisive, and obsessed with impact — join us. This is where curiosity meets purpose.

Why This Role Matters
Our product lives and breathes through its interface. As a frontend engineer, you’ll define the user experience for a system that blends structured chat, live updates, and dynamic visual components — not another grid of stale tables. You’ll bring clarity and momentum to complex workflows, helping users move faster and make better decisions at the edge of defense and manufacturing.
What You’ll Own
  • Architect and implement UI features using Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS
  • Design structured chat and journey-based interfaces that mix conversation and action
  • Build flexible dashboards, real-time tables, and intelligent form systems
  • Connect to GraphQL and build a robust data interaction layer
  • Support real-time UX: streaming updates, agent responses, and collaborative tools
  • Define and evolve the design language in close partnership with design and product
  • Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and developer velocity
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of frontend or full-stack experience in modern web applications
  • Deep fluency with React, component architecture, and TypeScript
  • Strong grasp of responsive design, TailwindCSS, and accessibility best practices
  • Experience integrating GraphQL and managing complex client-side state
  • Bonus: Experience integrating agentic AI / LLM with React user interfaces
  • Bonus: Experience with Python/FastAPI for backend collaboration
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Jest, Playwright, and other testing frameworks
  • You care about polish and performance — and you love building tools that feel fast and elegant
How We Work
We value autonomy, urgency, and ownership. Everyone at Ironflow moves fast, solves real problems, and holds a high bar for craft. We expect you to lead — not just follow — and to build systems that stand up to real-world complexity while staying clean and maintainable.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
