Data Entry & Billing Specialist 


Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005 (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour
Experience: Proven data entry experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.

Summary: This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a strict commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality while managing patient demographics, medical histories, and program data in a fast-paced environment.


Data Entry & Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Enter patient demographics, medical history, program participation data, and other relevant information into designated systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records across electronic systems and physical files.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and data privacy/security protocols when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Assist with data cleanup, formatting, organization, scanning, filing, and general administrative duties.
  • Generate reports or summaries based on entered data for internal analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, program managers, and administrative support to ensure smooth data flow and resolve operational issues
