Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional point of sale computer technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, installing and training customers on our products and services. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve customers issues
  • Utilize hand tools and schematics to demonstrate product functionality and address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct field service visits to assess client needs, perform installations, or troubleshoot issues as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Skills
