Video production and post-production are the primary responsibilities of this position. The specialist will also provide photography, podcast production, and social media content support. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled visual storyteller who can create polished corporate productions while also adapting content into effective formats for social media and other digital channels.
YOUR IMPACT
- Produce and edit professional-quality video content for corporate communications, brand campaigns, employee communications, recruiting, leadership messaging, events, community relations, and other enterprise initiatives.
- Collaborate with communications partners and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, audiences, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with pre-production planning, including creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, interview questions, shot lists, schedules, locations, and equipment needs.
- Set up and operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, teleprompters, stabilizers, and related production equipment.
- Film interviews, employee stories, products, facilities, events, leadership messages, and other corporate content.
- Edit short- and long-form video using professional post-production software.
- Perform color correction, audio cleanup and mixing, captioning, music selection, graphics integration, and basic motion-graphics work.
- Prepare finished content in the appropriate dimensions, lengths, aspect ratios, codecs, and file formats for websites, social media, internal channels, presentations, and events.
- Capture and edit professional photography for corporate communications, social media, recruiting, events, and brand initiatives.
- Adapt professionally produced video and photography into short-form and platform-specific social media content.
- Apply a working understanding of social platforms to ensure content is edited and formatted appropriately for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Support podcast and audio production, including equipment setup, recording, editing, sound enhancement, and creation of promotional clips.
- Assist with livestreams, webinars, remote interviews, and other multimedia productions when needed.
- Maintain an organized digital library of footage, photographs, audio, project files, releases, and completed assets.
- Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot routine camera, lighting, audio, recording, storage, and editing issues.
- Follow Oshkosh Corporation's brand, legal, safety, accessibility, and content-approval requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet established production deadlines.
MIMINUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in video production, digital media, communications, photography, film, marketing, or a related discipline-or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience creating basic motion graphics, animated titles, and branded video elements.
- Familiarity with livestreaming, teleprompters, remote-recording platforms, or webinar production.
- Understanding of codecs, compression, frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, color management, and media storage.
- Familiarity with captions, transcripts, alternative text, and digital accessibility practices.
- Experience filming in corporate, industrial, manufacturing, or event environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong videography and video-editing abilities.
- Working knowledge of professional or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and production equipment.
- Proficiency with professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent platform.
- Understanding of composition, exposure, lighting, audio recording, color correction, and visual storytelling.
