Position Summary:
The Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Education Programs Specialist (Temp) supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of global POCUS educational programs and community learning resources. This role focuses on operational execution, content coordination, POCUS Education Provider (PEP) program support, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality learning experiences aligned with organizational goals and the POCUS proficiency model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and coordination of educational offerings (Courses, microlearning activities) ensuring timely delivery, content accuracy, and alignment with educational standards and approved objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day communications, application processing, data tracking, and reporting for the PEP program.
  • Support outreach and promotional efforts to engage new and existing educational partners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing teams to develop and maintain educational materials, ensuring consistency with brand and POCUS proficiency frameworks.
  • Use platforms such as Canva, Miro, and Asana to organize and track content production.
  • Support the activities of the POCUS Certification Academy (PCA) Education Committee by preparing materials, maintaining records, and assisting with meeting logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Collect and analyze program metrics (e.g., attendance, satisfaction) and prepare summary reports to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Respond to educational inquiries, resolve participant issues, and contribute to process improvement initiatives using Agile and LEAN principles to optimize learner experience.
  • Stay current on trends in ultrasound education, online learning design, and microlearning strategies to support innovation and program enhancement.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in education, instructional design, healthcare, or equivalent.
  • 3+ yearsโ€™ experience in educational program coordination or instructional design, preferably within healthcare or certification contexts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
