We have a beautiful showroom that leads into our office spaces, and our fabrication facility and warehouse are also located onsite. The Senior PO Sales Specialist is the point of contact for a team PO Sales Specialist.  This team manages high-volume purchase order (PO) entries with speed and accuracy while ensuring all details are properly documented and processed. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and people management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. While the primary focus is on data entry and order management, the position also involves occasional customer appointments in the showroom to support a positive client experience.

Classification: Salaried, Exempt

Responsibilities and Duties

· Effectively lead a team of high performing PO Sales Specialists.

· Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies when needed.

· Maintain organized digital and physical records of all PO activity.

· Provide timely updates to internal teams and external partners regarding order status.

· Support showroom appointments with customers by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and ensuring a professional, positive experience.

· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

· Participate in leadership meets when required.

· Reporting and auditing KPIs

Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and documentation.

· Highly organized, able to manage large workloads and prioritize effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with preferred CRM platform preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

· Customer service experience is a plus, with the ability to handle occasional client-facing responsibilities.

· Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent education preferred, quality control/assurance with natural stone fabrication processes, natural stone installation/fabrication experience is a bonus.
