Role Overview
Our organization is seeking two professionals to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide cloud modernization program. These roles are central to driving the execution, increasing organizational transparency, and articulating the value of migrating key business applications to AWS. The program spans day-to-day operations, financial platforms, and core business applications, with a focus on shifting the IT perspective from task completion to value delivery.
Position 1: Product Manager / Business Process Analyst
This individual will own the process, documentation, and execution clarity of the Cloud First modernization program. The role ensures cloud migrations to AWS are intentional, well-mapped, and operationally sound by capturing current versus future state processes and supporting delivery against the modernization roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
  • Map and document AS-IS / TO-BE processes for applications moving to AWS.
  • Support execution of the cloud modernization roadmap through process clarity and dependency management.
  • Partner with IT, engineering, security, finance, and operations to ensure aligned workflows.
  • Create and maintain process artifacts, standards, and playbooks.
  • Leverage AI/Copilot tools to accelerate documentation and analysis.
Core Skillset
  • Strong business process analysis and product operations background.
  • Experience documenting complex enterprise workflows.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and cloud modernization concepts.
