Job description

Our client, a leading provider of pneumatic conveying and material handling solutions, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to lead business development efforts throughout the United States. This is a high impact role focused on expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored engineered solutions. A great opportunity to join a stable, growing organization with a strong foothold in a specialized market and develop a national territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow business across key US regions, including TX, FL, PA, the Carolinas, and West Coast
  • Identify and close new opportunities within paper mills
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and system demos
  • Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal engineering teams

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience with a minimum of 3 years related to paper mills and/or pneumatic conveying systems
  • Strong technical sales ability and track record of hitting targets
  • Adept at fostering positive relationships and helping clients find customized solutions
  • Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable with heavy travel (up to 75%)
  • Material handling or industrial manufacturing experience
