PMSI is launching a new offshore operations team in Cebu, Philippines, and we're looking for an experienced operations professional to help lead the journey.

This isn't simply another operations role, it's a unique opportunity to join a growing U.S. company at the beginning of an exciting international expansion. You'll work directly with senior leadership to help build our team, establish operational processes, mentor employees, and create a culture of excellence.

This position reports directly to a Senior Manager and is designed as a hands-on leadership role.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Lead, you'll serve as the bridge between our Henderson headquarters and our Cebu operations.

You'll help establish the foundation for a successful offshore team by:

  • Supporting the launch and growth of our Cebu operations
  • Partnering with U.S. leadership to implement operational strategies
  • Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Coaching employees on PMSI processes, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Helping establish team workflows, documentation, and best practices
  • Serving as the primary communication link between the U.S. and Philippines teams
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and operational performance
  • Identifying process improvements and helping implement scalable solutions
  • Supporting client implementations and special projects as the operation grows
  • Building a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team culture
