Job description

Role Summary
The Project Manager will report to the Global PMO Lead and support project governance, coordination, reporting, and follow up activities for various projects across multiple site. This role is intended for a developing PM who can quickly learn the program, establish strong project management fundamentals, and progressively assume ownership of defined workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain action item, risk, issue, decision, and resource trackers.
  • Collect and consolidate updates from functional teams.
  • Support development and maintenance of project schedules and milestone plans.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, dashboards, and weekly status reports.
  • Follow up with owners to ensure actions are completed on time.
  • Organize project documentation and maintain a reliable source of project information.
  • Identify missing updates, schedule conflicts, and overdue deliverables for escalation.
  • Coordinate meetings across functions, sites, and time zones.
  • Support the Senior PM and Global PMO Lead with presentations and data analysis.
  • Gradually take ownership of defined workstreams as knowledge and capability develop.
Experience and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, engineering, supply chain, or a related function.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and following up on commitments.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project-tracking tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Manufacturing, NPI, or site-startup exposure is beneficial but not required.
  • CAPM or similar foundational PM certification is beneficial.
  • English required; Spanish and/or Mandarin is beneficial.
