Role: ERP Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX Remote (occasional travel may be required)
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager for a long-term enterprise transformation program within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives, with responsibility for project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and successful delivery.
The candidate should have experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of business users, functional consultants, technical resources, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. Strong executive communication skills, project governance experience, and the ability to drive complex programs from requirements through deployment and stabilization are essential.
Experience with enterprise ERP platforms, business process transformation, system integration, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and production cutover planning is highly desirable. PMP certification and consulting experience are a plus.
