Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Atlassian & PMO)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to serve as the architect of our project workflows and the lead administrator for our Atlassian ecosystem. In this role, you will be instrumental in building project management processes from the ground up within our forming environment. If you thrive in digital media, enjoy establishing structure out of ambiguity, and can effectively influence stakeholders across a matrix organization, we'd love to have you on the team.
What You'll Do
Process Architecture: Establish and refine project management processes and best practices in a forming, fast-paced environment.
Atlassian Governance: Own and optimize our Jira and Confluence instances to ensure they drive team velocity and transparency.
Strategic Facilitation: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
Cross-Functional Influence: Operate effectively within a matrix organization, driving alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Problem Solving: Lead troubleshooting efforts for project roadblocks, using data and a pragmatic approach to keep multiple initiatives on track.
Who You Are
Atlassian Expert: You have 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience mastering Jira and Confluence-you know how to make these tools work for the team, not against them.
