PMO Managers in the medical device sector often navigate challenges such as aligning cross-functional teams with regulatory requirements, managing tight project timelines, and ensuring strict compliance with industry standards (like FDA and ISO). To overcome these hurdles, it’s essential to establish clear communication channels, implement robust project tracking tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Building strong relationships with regulatory, R&D, and quality assurance teams can also help anticipate and resolve potential bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle.
