Job Title: Tire Specialist

PMI exists to assist OEM new vehicle dealerships earn their customers’ OEM vehicle accessories dollars through all available dealership channels.

This position is located at the Parts Midwest Warehouse located in Kansas City, MO. KC is known for its vibrant culture, rich history, and Midwest charm. The city is home to world-famous barbecue, a thriving arts and entertainment scene, professional sports teams, and more than 200 fountains which have earned KC the nickname, the “City of Fountains.” Kansas City is home to the WWI Museum and Memorial, the Country Club Plaza, and the Power amp; Light District.

Position Description:
As the Tire Specialist, you will be responsible for dismounting, mounting, and rebalancing of tires. This position will also back up, as needed, with our general warehouse functions.
This position has a wage range of $20 - $25 per hour

Essential Functions
  • Tire Handling: perform the dismounting, mounting, and rebalancing of tires using a tire machine
  • Warehouse Support: assist with various warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and picking and packing
  • Other duties: assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor and leadership team

Required Experience:

  • A pre-employment drug screen and physical are required prior to hire
Preferred Experience:
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience
  • Forklift and/or reach truck experience
  • Experience working with tires/wheels
  • Experience using an order picker (cannot be afraid of heights)
