This position is located at the Parts Midwest Warehouse located in Kansas City, MO. KC is known for its vibrant culture, rich history, and Midwest charm. Position Description:
As the Tire Specialist, you will be responsible for dismounting, mounting, and rebalancing of tires. This position will also back up, as needed, with our general warehouse functions.
This position has a wage range of $20 - $25 per hour
Essential Functions
- Tire Handling: perform the dismounting, mounting, and rebalancing of tires using a tire machine
- Warehouse Support: assist with various warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and picking and packing
- Other duties: assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor and leadership team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and mental flexibility
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet daily deadlines under pressure
- Ability to understand and follow all safety guidelines set forth in warehouse setting
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT health car
- A pre-employment drug screen and physical are required prior to hire
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of warehouse experience
- Forklift and/or reach truck experience
- Experience working with tires/wheels
- Experience using an order picker (cannot be afraid of heights)
