Location: Hybrid - Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $90-$110 per hour C2C/1099
Contract Length: 12+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support the successful delivery of Regrello platform initiatives by driving Agile best practices, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and enabling high-performing delivery teams. This role will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Engineers, QA teams, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of workflow orchestration and business process automation solutions.
The Scrum Master / Agile Coach will champion Agile methodologies, remove delivery impediments, improve team performance, and foster continuous improvement across Regrello implementation teams.
Regrello is a workflow orchestration platform designed to coordinate people, systems, processes, and documents across complex business operations, making Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration critical to successful implementations.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Regrello delivery teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
    • Daily Standups
    • Sprint Planning
    • Sprint Reviews
    • Sprint Retrospectives
    • Backlog Refinement Sessions
  • Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Team Coaching
  • Coach team members on Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
  • Improve team collaboration, communication, and effectiveness.
  • Mentor Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile product management.
  • Support newly formed teams in Agile adoption.
  • Help teams become self-organizing and high-performing.

Delivery Facilitation
  • Track sprint progress and delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate dependency management across teams.
  • Identify and remove delivery roadblocks and impediments.
  • Coordinate with leadership to resolve escalated issues.
  • Help teams achieve predictable and sustainable delivery outcomes.

Program & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate delivery efforts across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage priorities and backlog health.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Provide visibility into team performance and delivery risks.
  • Support portfolio and program-level planning activities.

Continuous Improvement
  • Lead retrospective sessions and improvement initiatives.
  • Establish actionable improvement plans and track progress.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
  • Promote Lean and Agile practices throughout the organization.
  • Drive organizational Agile maturity.

Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and report Agile delivery metrics including:
    • Sprint Velocity
    • Team Capacity
    • Burndown/Burnup

    • Release Predictability

  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision making.

Risk & Dependency Management
  • Identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage dependencies across Regrello implementation teams.
  • Coordinate release readiness activities.
  • Escalate issues when needed to protect delivery timelines.

Organizational Agile Transformation
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Assess team Agile maturity and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop Agile training and coaching materials.
  • Facilitate workshops and team-building activities.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Management, or Agile Delivery experience.
  • Experience supporting software development or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Deep understanding of:
