Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / PMHNP

  • Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
  • Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center's Pacific Campus.
  • Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
  • Bellevue Outpatient
Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women's-focused programs. Details
  • Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Average of 16 patient encounters per day.
  • Schedule: Generally Monday-Friday, day shifts, with flexibility to be offsite after clinical duties are completed.
  • Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
  • Work-Life Balance: Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
  • Please note: This position requires 3+ years of previous PMHNP/APRN work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included).
Benefits and Compensation
  • Salary range: $150,000-$180,000 depending on experience and job fit.

  • Full-time, employed W-2 position.

Requirements
  1. Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.
  2. Certifications: Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.
  3. Licensure: Current Washington APRN license in good standing.
  4. Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.
  5. Required Experience: 3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
