Job description

Job Summary:

Perform accredited calibrations on a wide variety of electronic, torque, pressure, and dimensional measuring test equipment. A2LA accredited.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Set up and perform manual/automatic calibration and testing process for a wide range of, dimensional, torque, pressure, and/or electronic gages.

Requirements

  • Update gage tracking software
  • Calculate statistical information regarding uncertainties in calibration using established process
  • Generate certifications with gage calibration results
  • Interact with internal and external customers to answer questions and calibration related information
  • General familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO/IEC17025 Quality Systems
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Good written and oral communication skills as well as computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team
  • Self-starter, proactive, productive, punctual
  • Eager to learn
  • Willing to travel to local and regional on-site locations daily (overnight as needed)
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • 25% travel including some overnights
