Job description

Executive Director
Pacific Mobile Diagnostics (PMD) | A Connect Health Affiliate
Paid 6–8 Month Leadership Development Program
PMD is hiring an entrepreneurial, people‑first leader — someone who will run a mobile diagnostics operation with the extensive freedom and responsibility of a local CEO. The first 6–8 months of this role are part of our Executive Director Leadership Track, a hands‑on development program designed to prepare you to make a meaningful impact in your market.
At PMD, we believe the best leaders stay close to the operation, deeply connected to their people, and empowered to make decisions. We are a field‑driven, decentralized organization where leaders have extensive freedom to make decisions, drive performance, and drive a clear vision for their team and operation. This role is built for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the chance to build something meaningful in their community.
This hands‑on, 6–8 month training track prepares you to operate as the local owner of a mobile diagnostics market — with real responsibility from day one.
During the track – you’ll learn how to:
  • Build and develop high‑performing teams
  • Drive financial performance and manage a P amp;L
  • Improve quality outcomes and operational excellence
  • Grow community partnerships
  • Lead initiatives that directly impact results
After the Program
Graduates step into the Executive Director role, where you will:
  • Lead your own PMD operation
  • Make decisions locally
  • Be incentivized on the results you create
  • Grow toward equity opportunities
  • Shape the culture, vision, and performance of your market
You will have support — but the ownership is yours.
Why PMD
PMD delivers advanced mobile imaging directly to the patient, serving skilled nursing facilities, clinics, hospices, and private homes.
If you want to lead, build, grow, and create meaningful change, you’ll thrive here.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Organized, values‑driven, and people‑focused
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
About Pacific Mobile Diagnostics
PMD X‑Ray brings more than 25 years of experience in mobile diagnostics, delivering fast, reliable, and cost‑effective imaging services to patients in their homes and long‑term care facilities across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Utah.
With over one million X‑rays performed, PMD has built a reputation for professionalism, consistency, and exceptional care — setting the standard for mobile diagnostic services.
About Connect Health
