Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly, dependable Valet Attendants to provide exceptional service at luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and event venues.
As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first person guests meet when they arrive and the last person they see when they leave. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles while creating a welcoming, professional guest experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, earning tips, and being part of a fast-paced hospitality team.
What You'll Do
  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles and accurately document existing damage.
  • Assist guests with vehicle drop-off, pickup, and directions.
  • Maintain proper control and organization of vehicle keys.
  • Help manage traffic flow in the valet area.
  • Keep the valet stand and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety, attendance, uniform, and timekeeping procedures.
  • Accurately report tips according to company policy.
  • Support team members during busy periods.
  • Complete required training and attend scheduled staff meetings.

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record, with no more than three moving violations within the past three years.
  • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles, if required by the location.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to pass applicable background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Previous hospitality, valet, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements
This is an active position that may require you to:

Additional Employment Information
This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the applicable work location.
Employment with PMC is at will, meaning either the employee or PMC may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law. A 120-day introductory period applies.
