Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for HVAC systems and customer success? Do you thrive on building relationships and delivering tailored solutions that make a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused PMA Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth in our Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA) program-helping clients improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, your role will include:

  • Develop and sell customized Preventive Maintenance Agreements to commercial and industrial clients
  • Create estimates and proposals using the GPMA tool
  • Manage the renewal process for PMAs, ensuring timely follow-up and customer retention
  • Build strong relationships with maintenance supervisors, purchasing managers, and business owners
  • Conduct site visits to assess systems and recommend service solutions
  • Identify and qualify new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design HVAC system upgrades and specialty projects
  • Track opportunities and customer interactions using Smartsheet/CRM
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, mechanical systems, or facility services preferred, not required
  • Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and solve problems with confidence
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with PMA agreements and HVAC systems preferred, not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing or Business ideal)

Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote position with reliable internet and a professional home office setup
  • Frequent travel (50%) throughout Wisconsin and possible neighboring states (MN, IL, IA, MI)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed
