Job Title: PM -IT Change Manager with ServiceNow

Work Location: Houston, TX -Hybrid 4 days a week

Role/Responsibility:

  • Create project plans, schedules, milestones, and roadmaps
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, Ensure project activities are completed as planned.
  • Engage sponsors, business leaders, and project teams by Conducting status meetings and governance reviews
  • Analyze changes to evaluate how business processes, roles, and technology will change.
  • Own and enforce the IT Change Management process and ServiceNow change policies and procedures
  • Maintain change calendars and release schedules.
  • Review RFCs (Requests for Change) submitted by project and support teams.
  • Evaluate dependencies across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and third-party systems.
  • Present upcoming changes and associated risks in CAB meetings
  • Monitor deployment activities during implementation
