      •     Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Logistics / Registrar / Receptionist

The JCC Day Camp Logistics/Registrar/Receptionist is the central point of coordination for summer camp operations. This role manages camper registration, family communication, inventory, and daily logistics while serving as the primary point of contact for families and staff. The position ensures smooth day-to-day operations and accurate records throughout the summer season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage camp registrations, records, refunds, and reports using the CampSite database

  • Serve as primary receptionist and handle all camp communications with families

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in person

  • Coordinate daily logistics including drop-off/pick-up, schedule changes, and transportation support

  • Maintain snack inventory and coordinate supplies with vendors and program staff

  • Support pre-camp preparation, staff training week, and special events

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and team-focused
