As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will coordinate communications, document incidents, and relay critical information to field personnel and stakeholders. You will help maintain organized operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment through clear, timely communication. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to clients, visitors, transportation personnel, and/or agency staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related dispatch protocols.
  • Monitor communication systems, receive and prioritize calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and communication activity reports while protecting confidential information.
  • Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
  • Monitor assigned facilities and transportation-related locations through available systems and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
