Job description

Feeling Stuck at a Certain Production Level?

If you’re a proven advisor who’s built a book, serves clients well, and works hard—but feels like your income has hit an invisible ceiling—you’re not alone. Many talented advisors plateau not because of effort or ability, but because they lack the right support, structure, and leverage.

Lenox Advisors was built to solve that problem.

About Lenox Advisors

Lenox Advisors is a premier wealth management firm designed for experienced advisors who want to scale beyond transactional production and unlock their next level of income. Our platform removes friction, provides advanced planning resources, and surrounds advisors with specialists so they can focus on higher-value conversations and larger opportunities.

We help advisors break production barriers by replacing “do-it-yourself” models with a proven, collaborative approach that drives efficiency, deeper client relationships, and sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an advisor who:

  • Has established credibility and a client base
  • Is consistently producing—but not growing the way they know they should
  • Wants to move up-market, increase case size, and deepen relationships
  • Is tired of being the bottleneck in their own practice

At Lenox, advisors gain access to planning, investment, and insurance resources that allow them to do more business with the same—or less—effort, while delivering better outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Transition from transactional sales to holistic, high-impact financial planning
  • Leverage internal planning, underwriting, and investment specialists to support complex cases
  • Deepen existing client relationships through advanced strategies rather than constant prospecting
  • Build new business through professional referrals and strategic partnerships
  • Focus your time on revenue-generating activities while Lenox provides operational and planning support

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Financial Planner
  • Licenses required:
    • California Life, Health & Accident
    • Series 7
    • Series 65 or Series 66
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Applicable designations not required but a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Solid foundation in investments, insurance, retirement, and wealth accumulation
  • Desire to grow income through leverage, collaboration, and advanced planning—not just more hours

Why Advisors Choose Lenox

  • A proven support model that removes growth constraints and increases advisor productivity
  • Access to advanced planning strategies that differentiate you in competitive markets
  • Infrastructure that allows you to scale without adding unnecessary complexity and expense
  • Compensation designed to reward long-term, recurring revenue growth
  • A culture built for advisors who want to think bigger and operate at a higher level

Next Step

If you’re producing—but feel like you should be earning more given your experience and effort—let’s talk. Submit your resume and a brief overview of what you want your next chapter to look like for your practice.
