As an Experienced Commercial Service Plumbing Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial plumbing systems while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
  • Clear drains and perform drain cleaning services
  • Install and repair plumbing piping, fixtures, water, sewer, and gas systems
  • Service water heaters, boilers, and related commercial plumbing equipment
  • Assemble and modify piping, valves, and fittings as needed
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot commercial plumbing system issues
  • Operate drain machines, jetters, and other professional plumbing equipment
  • Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
  • Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

Commercial Plumbing Qualifications
  • Experience servicing commercial plumbing systems
  • Experience with water, sewer, and gas piping
  • Experience servicing water heaters and boilers
  • Ability to operate drain machines, jetters, and related equipment
  • Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and best practices
  • Backflow certification preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license
Requirements
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Ability to identify hazards and follow proper lockout/tagout and safety procedures
  • Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
