Job description

Location: We are currently hiring for multiple locations, including:
Seaford, DE; Salisbury, MD; Bear, DE; and Easton, MD.

Schedule: The position may include a variety of scheduling options based on business needs. Such as, Monday through Friday late shift from 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. midnight. A weekend shift of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. may also be available. While these schedules may be preferred based on business needs, they are not mandatory, as other scheduling options may be available.


Pay: $25.00- $40.00 hourly plus bonuses

Reports To: Plumbing Service Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential Plumbing systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and answering questions
  • Accurately document work orders, materials used, and recommendations
  • Work closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial Plumbing experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in reading schematics
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Great communication skills to establish customer rapport and encourage repeat business
  • Goal-oriented
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated
