Job description

We are seeking an experienced Plumber with strong skills in multifamily ground works and interior building piping installations. This role requires hands-on experience from underground rough-in through final building installations, working alongside project managers, supers, and other trades on active job sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Installunderground plumbing systemsincluding sanitary, storm, and domestic water for multifamily projects
  • Able to work with a team and install per plans
  • Performbelow-grade groundwork, trenching coordination, pipe laying, bedding, and backfill prep
  • Installvertical and horizontal piping systemsinside buildings (water, waste, vent)
  • Read and interpretplumbing drawings, riser diagrams, and specs
  • Coordinate with inspectors and ensure work meetslocal code requirements
  • Pressure test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Work efficiently to meet project schedules and quality standards


Requirements

  • Proven experience inmultifamily plumbing projects
  • Strong background inunderground plumbing and building installations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, bend, and work in construction environments
  • OSHA certification a plus (not required)
  • Ability to pass a background check


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license
  • Experience with large-scale apartment or mixed-use developments
  • Ability to lead or train apprentices
