Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues (residential)

  • Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections

  • Conduct system diagnostics and complete accurate documentation of service calls

  • Install and upgrade heating and cooling equipment when required

  • Ensure compliance with Rhode Island HVAC codes and safety standards

  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and parts

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication

  • Attend manufacturer and in-house training sessions

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of HVAC service experience (required)

  • Rhode Island Journeyman License (required)

  • Valid HVAC license or equivalent field experience

  • Experience with oil systems and geothermal systems (preferred)

  • Rhode Island Pipefitter and/or Refrigeration License (preferred)

  • EPA Type II Certification (preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform manual tasks

  • Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations
