COMMERCIAL PLUMBING WORKING LEAD FOREMAN
We have an immediate opening for a full-time qualified Commercial Plumbing Lead Foreman.
We are a small family owned commercial plumbing company. We have been in business for
34 years. We are honest, reliable and trustworthy. Our unique small business atmosphere allows you to feel like family and gives you the opportunity for growth and the ability to expand your skill set and knowledge. We are looking for skilled craftsmen who takes pride in their trade. We do commercial construction and ZERO service work so please do not contact us if you only have service experience. We work all over the Bay Area and offer competitive pay based on experience, medical and dental benefits, a matching 401k plan, sick leave, vacation and a company truck with a gas card if you have a clean driving record.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 10 years of verified plumbing experience
Valid CA drivers license/Clean driving record
Communicate professionally, respectfully & effectively with customers, & co-workers.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Help maintain and promote company morale, professionalism and friendly work environment
Must be organized.
Ability to lift heavy material and tools.
Must know basic math & have problem solving skills
A team player with strong work ethics.
Ability to run a job efficiently from start to finish.
Create & place material orders
Can problem solve - Plumbing isn't always straightforward, we need an individual
that can tackle any task at hand with confidence.
Must be able to read blueprints and isometric drawings.
Ability to supervise a crew of 1-6.
