Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires expertise in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage.
Conduct remodeling work as needed, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Handle heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or materials.
Collaborate with other construction site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Experience

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
