Williams & Bay is looking for plumbing & drain technicians. No experience? No problem. WE WILL TRAIN YOU !
You will use your expertise to develop customer solutions to a variety of drain problems. In this role, you will perform services such as residential and commercial drain cleaning and or pump replacements, diagnose problems, and provide solutions and estimates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drain Cleaning: Clear blockages in sinks, toilets, showers, and main sewer lines using motorized cable machines and cutters.
  • Inspection & Diagnosis: Use video camera technology to locate pipe damage, leaks, or blockages.
  • Repairs: Repair or replace broken drain lines, cleanout pipes, and fix plumbing fixtures.
  • Customer Service: Explain problems and solutions to customers, provide written estimates, and invoice jobs via smartphone.
  • Maintenance: Maintain company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: No prior plumbing experience is required; Williams & Bay offers paid, in-house training.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are desired.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and good communication skills.
