Job description

Job Title: DISHWASHER
Rate of Pay: $19.00/Hour + Season Ski Pass
Shift: Monday through Sunday, 4 PM-Close or 7 AM-3 PM
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up dish station to Sundance standards.
  • Take out trash, recycling, and linen.
  • Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system.
  • Support recycling program.
  • Complete daily cleaning projects.
  • Responsible for keeping kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and wash dishes.
  • Restock lines with clean dishes.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Must possess or obtain a valid food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
