Plumbing Supervisor
Jenkins Plumbing Company
Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Supervisor to lead residential plumbing operations and support field teams. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position while helping ensure quality workmanship, efficient scheduling, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support plumbing crews on residential job sites to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Review plans, specifications, and job scopes to ensure proper installation and compliance
  • Monitor daily operations including job progress, staffing, and material usage
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and skill development
  • Coordinate with project managers, budget coordinators, and office staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues
  • Conduct quality control checks and address deficiencies or rework needs
  • Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications
