What is a Plumbers Union?

A Plumbers Union is an organized association of professional plumbers who join together to negotiate for better wages, benefits, and working conditions. By joining a union, plumbers gain access to job opportunities, apprenticeships, and ongoing education. Unions also play a key role in advocating for workplace safety and industry standards.
