Local Heating & Air Conditioning Company / Plumber
Pay: $18+ Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 (When working overtime Monday-Thursday 10-hour shift & Friday 8-hour shift)

Job Duties:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water, gas, drainage, and sewer lines
  • Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low pressure, and system failures
  • Install and service fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters (tank and tankless), sump pumps, and backflow systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
  • Perform inspections and pressure testing as required
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs
  • Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a safe and clean condition

Job Requirements:

  • Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License (state-issued and in good standing)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
