Job description

Position: Journeyman Plumber
Location: Franklin, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!
Purpose of Position:
We're looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber who's ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll work alongside our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Operations team to keep projects running smoothly-all while following best-in-class safety practices and creating a 5-star experience for our customers.
Key Role Accountabilities:
  • Assist the local Master Plumber with emergency response, service calls, and job site inspections during normal business hours. Support installation quality by conducting on-site inspections, reviewing permits, and completing pre-installation assessments
  • Partner with Installation Managers and Master Plumber to help train and develop Installation teams
  • Stay up to date on plumbing codes, industry advancements, and company installation processes to support team success
  • Complete ongoing training, maintain license reporting, and perform additional duties to ensure smooth branch operations

Compensation:
  • The approximate hourly for this position is $40.00-50.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements:
  • An active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License, active Rhode Island or active Connecticut Journeyman Plumber License in good standing for designated territory
  • A passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
