Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. Journeyman license greatly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems diagnostics and repairs, ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment is performed to the highest standards and is within code compliance. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality workmanship while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand the layout of plumbing systems a plus, but not required.
  • Perform fixture installations, water supply system repairs, water heater installations and repairs, gas pipe assembly, and other various repairs using hand tools and power tools.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure integrated system functionality.
  • Handle heavy lifting as required for the installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment.
  • Provide maintenance person services as needed for minor repairs beyond plumbing tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry. 2-3 years minimum.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
  • Ability to pass an MVR check, criminal background check, and drug screening.
  • Physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
