Job description

SUMMARY

The Sr. Plumbing Technician acts as a lead, assigns daily tasks, provides instruction and direction to less experience/unlicensed plumbers and plumber assistants. Trains and assists in performing all duties related to installation, repair, safety inspections, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and related components. Plans and estimates plumbing projects to ensure staffing, budget, codes and standards are followed.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • (Technical Diploma) or 2 years college course work in the plumbing field.
  • Five (5) years job related experience in commercial industry.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Valid Georgia Drivers License
