Job description

Lanier Plumbing Services is a fast-growing commercial plumbing subcontractor specializing in large-scale new construction โ€” hospitals, data centers, institutional buildings, and more. We've grown 78% in the last year and we need experienced foremen who want to grow with us.

What you'll do:ย Run a crew of 3โ€“6 laborers on commercial new construction or renovations projects. Read drawings, coordinate with the GC, manage materials, keep your crew safe and productive, and deliver quality work on schedule. You'll have support from our PM team and office staff, we handle the paperwork so you can focus on the pipe.

What you need:ย 2+ years plumbing experience. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience leading crews. Journeyman license preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Willingness to travel to project sites within our footprint of North to central GA. Ability to pass a background check for municipal and public school jobsites.

Bonus points for:ย Medical gas certification, backflow certification, OSHA 30, equipment operator certifications, large project experience, bilingual English/Spanish, etc.

Open to candidates from mechanical, HVAC piping, and fire protection backgroundsย โ€” if you've run crews and read MEP drawings, you can do this job.
