About This Role

PSI is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to serve as a technical leader for our growing plumbing team in Gypsum, CO. This role is designed for a highly skilled plumbing professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and raising the standard of craftsmanship across an organization.

As our Master Plumber, you'll lead daily technical training, coach plumbers in the field, perform quality inspections, and provide hands-on support for complex residential plumbing projects. You'll play a key role in developing our team, improving processes, and ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily technical training sessions focused on plumbing skills, best practices, safety, and code requirements.
  • Mentor apprentices, installers, and licensed plumbers through hands-on coaching and development.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for residential plumbing installations and service work.
  • Perform field inspections, jobsite audits, and quality reviews to ensure company standards are met.
  • Support technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and complex plumbing challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company procedures.
  • Partner with leadership to improve training programs, processes, and overall team performance.
  • Help build a culture centered around craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Active Master Plumber license preferred.
