Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Canandaigua, NY location. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Service Technician.

Responsibilities:
  • Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
  • Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
  • Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
  • Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
  • Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
  • Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
  • 2-5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
  • OSHA 10 and EPA Universal Certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $25-30 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
