Sewer Install Technician / Lead Installation Plumber

Residential Sewer & Excavation | Journeyman Plumber

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for Qualified Candidates

Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000+ per year (Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives + Bonuses)

Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is a leading residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company serving Louisville for over 30 years. We provide stable, year-round work with modern equipment, clear processes, and strong support for our technicians.

We are hiring an experienced Sewer Install Technician / Lead Installation Plumber to manage residential sewer, water service, and excavation projects. This role is ideal for a licensed plumber with leadership experience who wants consistent work, strong pay, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential sewer line and water service installations

  • Lead and coordinate sewer and excavation installation projects

  • Operate excavators, trenchers, and hand tools safely

  • Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and company standards

  • Communicate job status, timelines, and solutions with homeowners

  • Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend corrective solutions

  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

  • Mentor and assist junior installation technicians

Required Qualifications
