Grâce à votre expertise, votre sens du conseil et votre capacité d’analyse, vous intervenez à chaque étape du financement, de l’étude du projet jusqu’à l’obtention du prêt et de l’assurance emprunteur.

Vos missions principales
  • Développer votre équipe de courtiers

  • Conseiller les clients sur les solutions de financement les plus adaptées (prêt immobilier, assurance de prêt, garanties)
  • Constituer, présenter et suivre les dossiers de financement auprès des partenaires bancaires
  • Négocier les meilleures conditions de crédit et d’assurance dans l’intérêt du client
  • Assurer un accompagnement personnalisé jusqu’au déblocage des fonds
  • Respecter les obligations réglementaires de la profession (devoir de conseil, confidentialité, conformité)
