Job description

We are looking for FT Male Bath Attendant/ Pool Attendant who has an enthusiastic, pleasing and helpful attitude. The Bath Attendant is at least 18 years old to attend to guests in the spa and pool areas, keeping spa and pool areas clean and stocked. The Pool Attendant attendant helps guests in the spa and pool area and does not need to be 18 yrs old. Works robe & key desk providing welcome services and information to guests and members.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Follow open and closing duty lists for both Men?s and Ladies? areas.

2. Keep the locker rooms, store rooms, bathrooms and pool areas clean and stocked at all times as deemed appropriate.

3. Greet and supervise guests and members in spa areas and assist as needed. Show an enthusiastic, pleasing and helpful attitude toward each guest and fellow employee.

4. Work with the laundry department to assure adequate linen supplies in spa areas.

5. Report any maintenance issues or guest problems to supervisor.

6. Be available to cover Robe & Key Desk throughout the day.

7. Conduct tours, promote spa services, and resort information.

8. Remain visible and available to the guests at all times.

9. Be prepared to assist guests and members with requests.

10. Any special duties or projects as assigned by your supervisor.

11. Must be able to work flexible schedule: nights, weekends and holidays.
