Job description

Title: PEGA QA / PEGA Automation Engineer

Location: Remote, USA

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Experience: 10 12 Years

Mandatory Skills: Pega Testing | Pega Automation Testing | API Testing | SQL | Azure DevOps/Jira | Agile Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Pega applications.
  • Validate Pega workflows, business rules, SLAs, integrations, and UI functionality.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Playwright with Java or C#.
  • Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, and REST/SOAP services.
  • Conduct SQL-based database validation and backend testing.
  • Execute automated test suites and support CI/CD processes.
  • Log, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps/Jira.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with development and business teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Pega Application Testing and Pega Customer Service Framework.
  • Experience with Pega Automation Testing.
  • Good knowledge of Selenium/Playwright automation.
  • Hands-on experience in API Testing and REST/SOAP services.
  • Strong SQL and database testing skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, Git, and CI/CD.
  • Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and STLC.
