WHAT YOU'LL DO
At Branson Hills Golf Club, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our golfers, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience on our stunning, Ozark Mountain course. As a Player's Service Staff member, you'll provide top-notch service while maintaining the smooth operation of our golf services.
  • Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming attitude, providing exceptional service from arrival to departure.
  • Assist golfers with their equipment, including loading and unloading golf bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing carts.
  • Ensure golf carts are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Monitor the driving range, ensuring range balls are collected, cleaned, and properly distributed.
  • Provide information about the course, amenities, and any special events or promotions to enhance the golfer's experience.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the cart barn, bag drop, and surrounding areas.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the golf course.

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
  • A passion for golf and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or golf operations is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Physical stamina to handle outdoor tasks, including lifting and transporting golf bags.
