ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in an efficient and friendly manner. Validate and redeem slot machine TITO tickets. Cash checks and chips, exchange currency, process credit card advances, promote rewards program, and assist customers as needed. Fill the Everi kiosks and Glory machine as needed. Safeguard company assets at all times.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      Ensure compliance with company policies and all state and federal regulations.

      Prepare chip fills, credits, and transfers.

      Process employee transactions.

      Redeem slot machine TITO tickets.

      Cash chips. Redeem players’ winnings for cash.

      Process credit card and personal check withdraws.

      Prepare funds for Jackpot payouts.

      Verify employee tokes.

      Verify the daily drops for the Count Room.

      Prepare daily bank deposits.

      Maintain cage equipment.

      Run necessary reports to balance.

      Complete all necessary paperwork according to procedure: Count sheets, buy sheets, Multiple Transaction Logs, Currency Transaction Reports, Check Log, etc.

      Process employee transactions (cash drawers, revenues, currency exchanges, etc…)

      Balance cash drawers and perform buys. Ensure that the drawers are at the appropriate impress total at the beginning and end of each shift.

      Promote rewards program to include educating guests on benefits, signing guests up for cards, re-issuing cards, data entry, and account lookups.

      Answer inquiries pertaining to casino services; registration of patrons.

      Maintain a working knowledge of the rules for each promotion with the ability to explain promotions to patrons.

      Assist with special monthly promotions (e.g., free sweatshirt give-away). Work with marketing in carrying out special promotions.

      Perform computer data entry and file maintenance for the rewards program. Pull up specific accounts to check customers' point status.

      Effectively respond to issues that arise. Ability to think quickly and react based on knowledge of policies and procedures.

      Communicate with other members of the Player Services / Cage staff.

      Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.

    Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience..
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Team member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
