Summary:
This position will be the lead developer/designer/architect for the major .NET projects that Endurance will be implementing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be lead designer/programmer on major custom build .NET implementation projects
Advise architects as to best way of implementing Microsoft products such as Sharepoint/Biztalk that cross individual application boundaries
Work with Endurance teams implementing packaged software products to help integrate these products with the rest of the enterprise.
Help develop alternative options for achieving functional and technical objectives if major gaps evolve during the development process.
Assist in the coordination, development, and management of post evaluation project phases, activities and tasks for assigned initiatives.
Develop and establish strong and effective working relationships with Endurance Management and staff, project contacts and other project stakeholders.
Travel as required.
Qualifications:
Significant experience, knowledge and expertise in business and systems analysis and design and project life cycle methodology.
Experience in application integration across technology platforms.
Technical and application architecture design and implementation experience.
3+ years .NET experience
Minimum 7-10 years overall systems experience.
Familiarity with major Microsoft products of Visual Studio, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Sharepoint, Exchange, Biztalk
Significant systems integration, implementation and deployment skills.
Some insurance/reinsurance knowledge preferred.
Strong verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
