Our Mission

Inspire movement, connection, and lasting well-being.

Our Vision

Be the most trusted and inspiring fitness community in every market we enter.

Our Core Values
  • Build Trust - Earned through transparency, consistency, communication, and respect - with clients, with each other, and with the community.
  • Embrace Growth - We're curious, adaptive, and never satisfied with the status quo. A culture of feedback is central to how we get better.

  • Pursue Excellence - A "Play to Win" mindset means every class, every shift, and every meeting is approached with intention. Details matter.
The Opportunity

Join B/SPOKE Studios and help us deliver world-class fitness experiences while building a strong, supportive community. We're hiring a Studio Manager to lead our East Boston studio!

This role is for you if you are equal parts guest-experience leader and hands-on operator: love high-touch hospitality, can calmly de-escalate and enforce policies with kindness, and enjoy the operational puzzle of a busy studio.

What You'll Do
  • Own the studio experience: service standards, maintain cleanliness, safety & compliance standards, and ensure smooth class transitions.
  • Deliver exceptional member relations: handle questions, feedback, and escalations (late-to-class requests, exception asks, long-tenured member concerns) with empathy and consistency.
  • Run scheduling and staffing: manage front desk schedules, shift coverage, payroll submissions, and collaborate with operations team to optimize class schedules
  • Execute logistics and events: coordinate studio setups, seasonal activations, and local partnerships (often with fast pivots due to weather or overlapping studio needs).
  • Marketing & community coordination: Coordinate local partnerships and studio events, and work with our central marketing team to promote key initiatives and seasonal activations.
  • Track performance: monitor studio KPIs and share regular updates with leadership; flag risks early and propose solutions.
  • Hire and coach: support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management for front desk and studio staff.
  • Lead through communication: create clear, proactive communication rhythms with instructors and staff to keep everyone aligned (especially during peak season).
  • Pitch in when needed: this is a "lead from the front" role, supporting resets, cleaning, and equipment movement to keep the studio running at a high level.
You'll be successful if
  • You have 2+ years in hospitality management, guest experience, retail, studio management, or operations (resort/hotel/restaurant leadership experience is a strong plus).
  • Are confident with de-escalation, policy enforcement, and VIP-style service recovery.
  • Can navigate strong personalities and tight-knit teams with maturity, fairness, and clarity.
  • Enjoy non-routine operational challenges (this isn't a perfectly repeatable environment, especially in summer).
  • Are organized and tech-comfortable (scheduling tools, CRM, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; Mindbody experience is a plus).
  • Standard schedule with flexibility for peak-periods, evenings/weekends as needed.
  • Can regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs (bikes/weights/props) and support quick physical setups.
  • Experience in luxury / high-touch hospitality (resort, hotel, restaurant FOH/service leadership)
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation
  • Health and wellness perks, including studio membership
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits
  • Growth opportunities within an expanding fitness community
  • 7k bonus is paid on quarterly distribution based on revenue performance
