Job description

We are NeoPollard Interactive. Digitally born, player-focused, and proudly powering the most profitable iLottery programs in North America through our interactive games, powerful gaming systems, and comprehensive suite of player services.

We are innovative. From inception, innovation has been the core of NPi. As one of the first iLottery platform providers in North America, we laid the groundwork — helping pioneer the introduction and successful launch of some of the first iLottery programs in the U.S. We deliver innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology to our partners with an industry-proven track record of revenue growth.

We are one-of-a-kind. The only Lottery supplier in North America exclusively focused on iLottery. We have one central focus; creating the most intuitive and fun iLottery experiences for players. Our sole focus drives our innovation and success in the iLottery space.

We are industry experts. Serving the largest share of U.S. Lotteries that currently sell online with a track record of powering iLottery success through our state-of-the-art technology, top-performing game content, and innovative and comprehensive iLottery services.

We are NPi. Join us.

NeoPollard Interactive is looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape one of Canada's most exciting digital entertainment brands at a defining moment in the industry: Play Alberta.

As Alberta's original regulated destination for online casino, sports betting, and lottery, Play Alberta is entering a new era of growth and competition. It's a rare opportunity to help evolve an established brand as the market transforms—and to create work that millions of Albertans will see across digital campaigns, social media, product marketing, and more.

You'll join a collaborative, supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together. We move quickly, share ideas openly, and trust each other to do great work. While we're a remote-first team, you'll never feel like you're working alone.

If you thrive in a work-from-home environment, enjoy collaborating with talented marketers, creatives, and strategists, and want your ideas to have a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

This role focuses primarily on graphic design, with occasional opportunities to support content management as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design creative assets for email campaigns, websites, the Play Alberta app, paid media, social media, and other marketing initiatives
  • Transform game-provider assets into polished, on-brand creative that reflects Play Alberta's voice, visual identity, and regulatory requirements
  • Download, organize, and prepare creative assets from game providers for use across marketing campaigns
  • Update and maintain our creative asset management system (Airtable), helping keep projects organized and production moving efficiently
  • Collaborate with marketers, designers, and content creators to develop creative solutions and contribute ideas during weekly team meetings
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high standard of design quality
  • Help shape the creative direction of one of Canada's fastest-growing digital entertainment brands during a transformative period for Alberta's regulated gaming industry.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • You can manage multiple projects at once, prioritize competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong eye for design and know when to bring fresh creative thinking—and when consistency within an established brand system is the better solution
  • You take pride in producing polished, accurate work with exceptional attention to detail
  • You're self-motivated and comfortable managing your workload in a remote work environment
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teammates across marketing, creative, and content
  • You welcome feedback, contribute ideas, and enjoy being part of a collaborative creative process
  • You're adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities as campaigns and business needs evolve

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

·          2 or more years of graphic design and content management

·          Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

·          Comfortable with the MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)

·          Previous experience working remotely a plus

·          Knowledge of HTML5 and content management tools (like dotCMS) a plus

  •       EST or MST time zones are preferred

WHY WORK AT NPI?

We hire the best.

We prioritize innovation.

We support and empower our team.

Join us as we continue to shape the future of the iLottery industry by delivering players’ favorite games across all channels and driving outstanding returns for good causes.

Our team member benefits include…

•        Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance

•        Life Insurance & AD&D Insurance

•        401K Savings Program (With Competitive Corporate Matching for U.S. Employees)

•        Paid Vacation and Personal Time

•        Wellness and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from Ulliance Life

•        Company-Provided Laptop and Cellphone

•        Career Development Opportunities including Ongoing Training and Professional Development Courses (Including the NPi Leadership Academy for Emerging Leaders)

•        Quarterly Profit-Sharing Program for All Employees Who Have Completed Six Months of Continuous Service

•        Fully Paid Parental Leave Program
